We committed to regular updates on our progress on replacing cards for EU customers, and on reopening the EU store with product using better quality card stock. This is the sixth of those updates.
Logistics and Distribution
We’ve hit a minor hiccup with our shipping service that’s required us to be recertified by a government agency. Until that was complete we were unable to proceed as anticipated and that led to a delay with having postage and shipping labels printed.
We’ve been promised that these will be delivered Monday 29th and as a result this puts us about a week behind where we hoped to be. We’re tentatively revising the expected shipping date to February 5th/6th. It’s frustrating having everything on hand and ready to go but unable to proceed, but we’re working closely with the shipping vendor to get past this obstacle as quickly as possible.
As the English language shipment has arrived, all orders are anticipated to be shipped to players by the revised dates of February 5th/6th and arrive by February 16th.
Non-English language stock is scheduled to land between February 7th and 9th where it will be checked by customs. We will be able to communicate more details about the shipping timelines for this stock in future updates.
The EU store will not fully open until all outstanding replacement sets have been shipped. Developments on the re-opening will be communicated in future updates as well.
