We are currently on track to have the EU and UK stores re-opened and fulfilment centers stocked in time for the release of Elevation on April 24th. While we still have plenty of work ahead of us, we’re looking forward to fully realising this distribution shift and the benefits it will bring to these regions.
In tandem with this effort we have been working on the backlog of existing orders:
EU Orders
We’ve been working with Tradon in Germany to help fulfil the outstanding orders of our regular sets and Run Together packs. We have processed approximately 50% of these orders and expect to have them all shipped by the end of the first week of March.
You should have received an email from me, to the email address you registered with on the NSG store, asking you to confirm your physical address. If you have an outstanding order and have not heard from us, or haven’t responded yet, please email support@nullsignal.games.
At time of writing there are nine orders we’ve not had address confirmation from. I would very much like to get you your orders! If we don’t hear from you before all other orders are shipped we unfortunately will not be able to fulfil your order, so if you think you might be one of those nine please get in touch.
EU District Championship kits have almost all been shipped at this time, and the remainder will be completed fairly soon. If you do not have tracking information for your Districts order by the first week of March, please contact support@nullsignal.games.
EU 2025 H1 CTKs and the outstanding 2024 H2 CO kits will be shipping in March.
UK Orders
We’re currently working with Nick from netrunnercards.co.uk to finalize outstanding UK orders. Most of the stock required has arrived in the UK and we’ve started confirming addresses in order to prep orders.
Initial emails have been sent to orders of Run Together packs or 2024 H2 CO kits. Please check your mailboxes and confirm your address with us as soon as you can, if you haven’t already. As with EU orders, if we do not hear from you confirming your address we will not be able to ship your order.
We expect to start shipping these orders next week and reaching out about the remaining UK orders over the next few weeks as our final stock arrives.
