Firstly, thank you so much for your patience with us this past year for the delays on filling orders.
We are pleased to confirm that we are able to start fulfilling many outstanding orders previously placed via the EU Store starting this week. See below for full details of which orders will be shipping at this time.
Please note that the EU Store itself will remain closed to new orders for now; these outstanding orders are being handled separately. Our new plans for the EU Store are coming to fruition and we’ll have more to share on that in February.
What is shipping?
At this time, we will be able to ship orders containing any of the following products as soon as we have validated the recipient’s address:
- System Gateway – Remastered Edition
- System Update 2021 – Remastered Edition
- Any sets from the Ashes Cycle (Remastered editions), Borealis Cycle and/or Liberation Cycle
- Any Game Night Kits
See below for specific instructions on how to validate your address to ensure your orders can be dispatched as soon as possible.
Outstanding orders containing Run Together products or 2024 H2 Circuit Opener kits will not be shipping immediately. Those items are currently still pending shipping to our distributors, and will hopefully be shipping to customers in early March. We will provide a further update on this once we have confirmed dates.
We cannot at this time offer to add additional items to existing orders. This is a specific effort focused on completing the above-described outstanding orders only.
What do I need to do?
To ensure we minimise the possibility of packages getting lost or going to the wrong location we’re asking everyone who has made outstanding orders to confirm their address and phone number. You can do so immediately by following the instructions below, or respond to the email you should have already received.
Please email support@nullsignal.games and let us know whether the address on your order is correct or if you need to submit an updated one.
ONLY CONFIRMED ORDERS will be shipped, so please validate your address and let us know as soon as possible.
How do I check the original address?
To confirm the address your order was originally made to, you can log into the NSG Store and check it on your order:
- Navigate to https://shop.nullsignal.games
- Click the Person icon on the top right
- Log in with your credentials
- On the list of orders, click the order number associated with any that are Unfulfilled
- The Shipping Address will display on the right side
Alternatively, if you have the original order email that was sent when you made the order, the address is included there.
After checking this, YOU MUST STILL CONFIRM with us by responding to the email you received this week or directly to support@nullsignal.games that your address is correct.
If your address needs to be updated please let us know the following details:
- Your order number(s)
- Your full name
- Your new address
- Your phone number (including area codes)
Your order details will be updated, a confirmation sent to you, and your order will be approved to ship.
