We are happy to announce that Elevation is currently available for preorder on our webstore, for Australia, Canada and the United States. While release is still over a month away, pre-ordering your copy now will help us optimize our stock orders.
EU and UK pre-orders will be available this coming week. We have a few minor items to align before going live in these regions.
US Store temporarily pausing fulfilment
In order to best prepare for the release of Elevation, we will also temporarily stop taking orders for other sets in the US store, allowing us to perform some maintenance tasks, do some accurate stock taking, and transition to a new distribution hub. The US store will continue to accept preorders for Elevation and System Gateway. We expect to resume shipments of other sets before the release of Elevation.
EU Shipping Update
All outstanding EU orders for Run Together or any of our standard sets have now been shipped. Orders for the 2024 H2 CO kits are unfortunately still outstanding, as we are still waiting on the playmats to reach us. These will be sent out as soon as they arrive.
UK Shipping Update
We’re a little behind with our UK outstanding orders from where we hoped to be but all stock has now arrived in the UK. Approximately half the outstanding orders have been shipped, and we’ll be focusing on completing the rest as soon as possible.
