Progress Report
We’re happy to announce that we’re starting to ship orders in the EU region once again.
We have a number of high-priority orders to address first, and will then begin to ramp up shipping capacity to deal with the full backlog of orders. As a result, for many of you there will still be a wait ahead before your orders are fulfilled. We apologise once more for the long delay.
We have shipped all Nationals kits in the past week. If you are a National event organizer and have not yet received tracking information or have additional questions, please reach out to us at support@nullsignal.games
Our current focus has now turned to the outstanding H1 Circuit Opener kits for both the EU and UK regions. These will start to be packed beginning this weekend and will ship out in batches over the following two weeks, completing by October 4th.
We will then be working through the main bulk of outstanding orders during October, initially addressing the Run Together (Spring) orders and then the remaining orders in batches. We will have further details on this in our next update.
We recognize that delays to orders have unfortunately continued for far longer than we’d hoped.
We are offering to refund any delayed orders. If you would like to take up this offer, please let us know at support@nullsignal.games and include your 4 or 5 digit order number.
Timelines
We expect to have another update to share in early October on the completion of the Circuit Opener orders.
