Product Exchange Program

If you purchased a Null Signal set that contains outdated card backs you might be eligible to participate in our Product Exchange Program.

Eligibility:

  • You purchased the set between January 1, 2022 and August 6, 2022.
  • You have a proof of purchase.
  • The product remaster you are requesting has been released. See the status of the remastered sets by visiting our Product Status page

How to Exchange:

If you are eligible, and the remastered edition of the set you are requesting has been released, then you can exchange your cards using any of the following options:

  • Option 1: Exchange in person. At any Null Signal-run event, we will have copies for you to be able to exchange your cards. Bring us your cards and a proof of purchase and we will give you a new set. All sets that are returned will be donated to various gaming groups and to anyone interested in learning the game. This is by far the easiest and cheapest for everyone.
  • Option 2: Mail your cards to us. Mail any of the sets you are unsatisfied with and we will replace that set if you cover the shipping cost. All sets that are returned will be donated to various gaming clubs, schools, charities, and anyone interested in learning the game. To take advantage of this option, email support@nullsignal.games with the following information:
    • Subject: Set Replacement (Mail)
    • Name:
    • Set to Exchange:
    • Proof of Purchase (Screenshot of order confirmation)
  • Option 3: Donate to your local community: Our intention is to keep the game alive and thriving. By donating the cards you are unsatisfied with to players in your local community, you can help build up the player base. It’s a win-win for you and your community. We will ship you replacement cards if you cover the shipping cost. You can take advantage of this option, when the remaster is complete, by emailing support@nullsignal.games with following information:

FAQ:

Yes. Start by reaching out the person who placed the group order and ask them for a copy of the purchase receipt. If you are still having trouble, please reach out to us at support@nullsignal.games and we will help.

We understand that many bulk buys may have placed their orders after the card back change announcement was published, but asked for expressions of interest before it. We are therefore prepared to be flexible regarding the date cut-off for eligibility in such cases.

Yes. If they provided you with a receipt, you can use that as your proof of purchase. If they didn’t, please reach out to them and ask for one. If you are still having trouble, please reach out to us at support@nullsignal.games and we will help.

We understand that, due to delays in our authorized resellers receiving stock, some of you may have committed to buying product before the card back change announcement, but not paid for it until after its publication. We are therefore prepared to be flexible regarding the date cut-off for eligibility in such cases.

Work on them is already underway, but we don’t have firm dates set at this time. You can check the status of each set by going to our Product Status page.

If you do not wish to take advantage of the exchange offer, you can continue using the cards you have. All our old cards are still perfectly usable as long as they are played in opaque sleeves, and will remain tournament-legal.
