Run Together is a community-driven initiative to help raise funds for people who would otherwise find it difficult or impossible to attend the Netrunner World Championship each year. We achieve this by sourcing alt arts donated by Netrunner community artists, which we sell as a pack. All proceeds from these sales go towards the fund. The Spring pack was a huge success! I’d like to thank all 14 artists who donated their wonderful art to the cause. We’ve collected the money and started allocating it to applicants. If you have already applied for Run Together funding for this year’s World Championship, expect to see an email this week from contact@runtogether.world (check your spam folder if it doesn’t show up). We haven’t been able to commit to helping all applicants, but depending on the success of the Summer pack, and future sales of the Spring pack, we hope to be able to allocate more funds soon.
Speaking of, I am delighted to announce the Run Together 2024 Summer pack!
We have another 20 playsets of alt arts from both returning and new artists!
As we did last time, we will be offering a pre-order on the pack via the Null Signal Games online store. This allows us to reduce the shipping cost for buyers making lots of individual purchases and increases how much of your money goes back into the fund. The pre-order will start Wednesday 17 July and last a month (ending Saturday 17 August). After that point, the pack will be made available on Make Playing Cards and DriveThruCards. Links will be added to this article as those become available, and they will also be linked to on the Near Earth Hub page.

Applying for funding
If you want to attend Worlds but either can’t go, or going would put you in a bad financial situation, applications are still open. Given the proximity to the event now (it’s only 3 months away!) we know that not everyone has enough time to wait for a response from us to plan their trip. However, if you are in a position to make last minute plans (we hope to confirm any funding we will award a month before the event at the latest) then please feel free to submit an application! I want to see as many people at Worlds as possible!

Submitting art
Thank you again everyone who submitted any of their art to the Run Together packs from this and previous years. With your help we have helped bring over 20 people to Worlds who otherwise wouldn’t have been able to. Working on Run Together this year has been an absolute pleasure and the amount of art submitted has been mindblowing.
If you have absolutely any interest in making art for Run Together, I highly recommend getting involved. We’ve had art from both professional and amateur artists, and if you’ve ever wanted to get into art then this is a great excuse to start!
To submit art, join the Green Level Clearance Discord server and join the #run-together channel. There are resources pinned in that channel on how to claim and submit cards.
A note on EU orders
Due to the continuing issues with shipping via the EU store, orders for the Spring pack of Run Together in that region unfortunately still haven’t been shipped. We’re doing our best to resolve the situation, and those packs will be sent as soon as we’re able to fix the problem.
Furthermore, as the shipping issues are preventing many people from placing orders on the EU store at all, we want to give everyone in the region a chance to order the Summer pack without delaying the Run Together initiative. Therefore, if you are in the EU and would like to support Run Together by ordering the Summer pack, please fill out this form by the close date. We will reserve packs based on your responses to this form, and follow up with you so you can finalize and pay for your order once the issue issues with the store are resolved.
