EU Elevation Update
We are pleased to confirm that all EU orders from the initial print run of Elevation have been shipped. The second print run successfully arrived in all regions except the EU on or just after release day. Unfortunately the EU shipment fell foul of a minor shipping delay, compounded by an extended customs inspection which pushed us into this week.
As of Monday 12th we’ve gotten confirmation that this shipment has been released and is already with our EU distributor. The pending EU orders will now be processed and have already started shipping this week.
Please be aware that this shipment has entirely sold out, and Elevation will continue to be temporarily unavailable for new orders in the EU until we are able to restock.
We very much appreciate your patience through this unexpected delay!
General Restocks
A third printing of Elevation has already been put into motion for all regions except the US, with delivery expected late May or early June. This is significantly larger than the prior two and also introduces the Liberation Cycle to both our UK and EU stores, as part of our plan to slowly ramp up product availability in these regions.
Additionally, the NSG Netrunner tokens will be made available on the EU store towards the end of the month. We are also working to provide a limited supply of tokens for sale at our UK Games Expo stand; any remaining stock will be made available via the UK store after the event.
US Tariffs
We’re continuing to monitor the US tariffs situation and the de-escalations that have been initiated this week. While we’re not adjusting our surcharge in the US just yet, be assured that we will continue to evaluate the situation so we can remove this surcharge at the earliest meaningful opportunity.
2024 UK and EU outstanding orders
The playmats for the 2024 H2 Casual Tournament Kits have finally arrived. We’re starting to send out the remaining EU orders of those kits and expect those to be completed in the next few weeks.
UK orders are still being processed and we will be following up on these through May.
