US Store Status
The US Store has been closed for about six weeks as we’ve reconfigured our distribution for the region. We’re happy to say that we’ll be doing distribution through Quartermaster Logistics going forward, and that the store will return, stocking all the same items as previously, by the end of October. We’ll be able to provide an exact date once we have one.
Overall Stock
We’re relatively low on a number of sets, including Elevation, and as we noted in the previous update we are working on a full restock combined with an expansion of the available ranges in both the UK and EU.
To date, we have made orders aiming to maximize our order value by volume through MPC, but the right cadence has been difficult to predict given our expansion into the EU and the broader changes to distribution this year.
Our restock plan is still in place but we realized that we were at a juncture where an overall larger order would be needed to not only cover any outstanding demand but also ensure we are better placed in the long term.
We’re also conducting an evaluation of additional printers and are currently awaiting samples to evaluate – we’ll have more news to share on this later in October or early November. Suffice to say at this time that, while the details we have to share are limited, we want to assure you that extensive rigour will be going into the evaluation of those samples and no decisions will be made until we’re entirely happy.
Updated Timeline
Our restock will apply to all regions we support and additionally bring in both the Ashes and Borealis cycles to the UK and EU. We are expecting this to start arriving approximately mid-November.
