US Transition
As you may have seen, we’ve had a number of disruptions to our distribution in the United States this year, ranging from delays in shipping to availability of product. While this has been an inconvenience to all, we’re happy to say that this hasn’t been without purpose, and that this period is drawing to a close.
As Null Signal Games has made an increasing number of sets available via the webstore, we’ve rapidly outpaced the home grown Distribution model that backed it. We have recognized that we need to remove the onus and pressure of shipping our products from volunteers, and pass it on to companies that specialize in this activity.
We’re excited that our products are in so much demand that this change is necessary. Given the proven success of the new distribution model in the UK and EU, the US will also be moving to using third party distribution.
During the last stages of preparation for this change, we will need to temporarily close the US store. This will allow us to send out final orders, ship our stock to the new distributor, and have a clean transition.
We will publish another update with the exact date of the re-opening of the US store, but we expect it to be back in mid- to late-September.
To facilitate this change:
- A 10% discount will be offered for all US consumer orders, valid until August 16th
- Good for you and good for us! Less stock to move! 🙂
- This will be automatically applied to all US orders.
- You must be logged in with a valid account and have a US shipping address on your profile when placing your order.
- The US webstore will be temporarily unavailable starting August 16th
- Final orders will be sent between 16th and 22nd August
When we return, the webstore will operate exactly as before and we’ll also have full restocks of all our sets, as well as tokens.
General Product Restocks
Unfortunately the timing of the US transition has meant we’ve had to delay our previously planned restocks for all other regions. However, approximately mid-September, we will have full restocks of all current sets for all our supported regions. In addition, both the UK and EU will expand their inventory to include both the Borealis and Ashes Cycles (in English).
