November 2025 Recruitment
Hey Runners! We are currently recruiting for four new roles: two in the Visual team, one in the Studio Coordination team, and one in the Startup Curation team. The Visual Team has the important role in converting the story created by the Narrative team into briefs for the artists working with Null Signal Games, giving the game its great card art! The Studio Coordination Team ensures that the people working to create new cards have clear deadlines and are able to meet them. The Startup Curation Team plays an important role in ensuring that the Startup format is balanced.
If you’re keen to help out in one of these areas and the description of either of these roles sounds like a great match, please submit an application! See more information on each role below.
If you are reading this far in the future, please check out our recruitment portal for the latest information on all of our positions.
Please note: these positions are unpaid. Null Signal Games is an all-volunteer organization.
Please note that Null Signal Games primarily communicates through an internal Discord server. The ability to access Discord is necessary for all roles.

Set Coordinator
In the role of Set Coordinator, you will join the Studio Coordination team, which works with the teams responsible for set design, rules, narrative, art, translations, etc, to ensure they are able to meet the timeline for release. This means supporting the members of those teams by identifying and resolving problems that may stand in the way of this. The set coordinator is the one person who is involved with a set from its inception right up until it lands on store shelves all around the world. However, your role will not be to shape or control that end product, it is to enable the other talented people at NSG to do their best possible work. Candidates for this role should find that prospect exciting and not disappointing.
Applications close on Monday, 29 December, 2025, and we will be recruiting 2 Set Coordinators.
Duties
- Coordinate between teams in the NSG studio to help ensure set creation proceeds smoothly.
