We are stoked to announce the location and dates for the 2026 Netrunner World Championship! This year the event will take place on October 2nd-4th at Palais des Congrès in Montréal, Canada.
Located in the heart of the city, Palais des Congrès is a convention centre within a 15 minute walk from dozens of delicious restaurants and many attractions including the old port, Notre-Dame Basilica, Place des Arts and more. It is fully connected to the metro system and underground city which means you can get to and from the venue without ever setting foot outside.
Upcoming dates:
- Mid-March: The Worlds discord server opens for folks to stay informed, connect with other players, and coordinate travel, side events or other related activities.
- Between Mid-March and April 1st: Call for volunteers to help us run the event and make it another Worlds to remember.
- April 1st: Ticket sales begin. We will once again offer early bird tickets with a discount on the weekend pass, including a full art foiled Vantage Point card and a hard enamel Worlds 2026 pin.
- June 15th: Early bird ticket sales end. Only regular tickets will be sold from this point on (no discount, pin or foil full art)
Tentative event schedule
For those hoping to make travel plans, our tentative schedule is the same as last year:
- Friday Oct 2: Doors open 8:30. The team event starts at 10.00 and the cosplay contest will take place some time after the final round.
- Saturday Oct 3: Doors open 8:00. The main Standard event starts at 9:00
- Sunday Oct 4: Doors open at 8:30. Day two of the main Standard event starts at 9.00.
