Hello Tournament Organizers! We are pleased to announce the first Organized Play kit of 2025!
As we announced earlier this year, we have rebranded Circuit Openers as Casual Tournament Kits to make their purpose clearer to newer players. We encourage you to use the full designation ‘Casual Tournament’ when advertising these events instead of abbreviating to ‘CTK’ so that newer players can easily understand that they are the intended audience for these kits.
The 2025 H1 Casual Tournament Kit is now available. This time we are trying something new: we are not placing a deadline on ordering the kit. We will guarantee that everyone who orders a kit before the 2025 H1 season starts in January will get one. We would expect to be able to fulfil additional orders placed later than that as well, but that will depend on demand as we cannot guarantee how much stock we will have left. If you’ve ordered a GNK before, this process will be familiar to you – the only difference is that these Casual Tournament Kits will NOT be available on MakePlayingCards.
There are two versions of the kit: Basic and Boosted. Each Tournament Organizer can pick the kit that best suits their expected number of players.
Contents
A Basic Casual Tournament Kit contains:
- 3× Trick Shot playmat (illustrated by Ed Mattinian)
- 15× Fermenter alt art (illustrated by Toby Woodman)
- 27× Angelique Garza Correa full art (illustrated by Olie Boldador)
- 6× Predictive Planogram alt art originally from Worlds 2022, not pictured (illustrated by Wyn Lacabra)
A Boosted Casual Tournament Kit contains:
- 5× Trick Shot playmat (illustrated by Ed Mattinian)
- 27× Fermenter alt art (illustrated by Toby Woodman)
- 51× Angelique Garza Correa full art (illustrated by Olie Boldador)
- 12× Predictive Planogram alt art originally from Worlds 2022 (illustrated by Wyn Lacabra)
These kits will only be available for sale until May 17th 2025. The price of the Basic kit is $60 USD, and the price of the Boosted kit is $100 USD. This includes free shipping worldwide.
The price above is also intended to cover any applicable customs duties. We are aware that in some cases deliveries of our previous Casual Tournament Kit were charged customs duties even though they should not have been. Our process for this season should help resolve these issues, but should you be charged customs duties for your kit, please contact us and we will reimburse you.
Basic Prize Structure
- Winner: Invitation to the 2026 Circuit Breaker Invitational Championship.
- Top 2: Trick Shot playmat.
- Top 4: 3× Fermenter alt art
- Top 8: 3× Angelique Garza Correa full art.
A Note about Circuit Breaker Invites: CBI invites will no longer roll down infinitely and are instead restricted to only to the players who made the top cut in each event. In events where there is no top cut, invites are limited to the top two placing players. See this article explaining why we made this change.
Each kit contains an additional playset of Fermenter and Angelique, plus an additional Trick shot playmat, for the Tournament Organizer to keep or use as they see fit. The kit also contains 6x Predictive Planogram, which was originally issued during the Worlds 2022 Startup event. These alt arts can be used as side-event prizes, door prizes, or anything else at the Organizer’s discretion.
Boosted Prize Structure
- Winner: Invitation to the 2026 Circuit Breaker Invitational Championship.
- Top 4: Trick Shot playmat.
- Top 8: 3× Fermenter alt art
- Top 16: 3× Angelique Garza Correa full art.

In events where there is no top cut, invites are limited to the top two placing players. See this article explaining why we made this change.

There is no limit on the number of Casual Tournament Kits each Organizer may purchase and/or run, as long as each event is supported by at least one kit. An entry fee may be collected to cover the cost of the kit (and venue hire, where applicable). Note that if a single event uses more than one kit, that event will still follow the regular structure for awarding CBI invites.
We encourage Tournament Organizers to supplement the prize pool with other prizes sourced from Game Night Kits or community creators. Players can log on to AlwaysBeRunning.net to find events, as well as claim their finishes on events they played in.
Update on 2024 H2 Circuit Opener EU/UK Fulfillment
The 2024 H2 Circuit Opener Kits have been reordered for the EU and UK. If you would like to exchange your H2 Circuit Opener(s) for the new 2025 H2 CTKs, you may do so by purchasing a new kit and submitting a refund request for your original order by emailing support@nullsignal.games and providing the order number for both the 2025 H1 CTK and the 2024 H2 Circuit Opener. We will refund your original purchase.
Event Restrictions
Casual Tournament Kits are Sanctioned events for the purposes of the Organized Play Policies. This means they are expected to follow the prize structure above. These events are classified as Casual level, and should also follow the guidelines for Casual level events outlined in the Policies. As a Sanctioned event, purchasing this kit means contracting an obligation to run a Casual Tournament Kit. Buying a kit to either keep or to resell undermines the spirit of these competitions and the legitimacy of the prizes which other players had to enter and place in a tournament to win.
Casual Tournament Kits can be run in either Startup or Standard format. Tournament Organizers are expected to advertise their events on AlwaysBeRunning.net.
This event can be run until March 31st 2026. For the winner to be able to take advantage of their 2026 Circuit Breaker Invitational entry, it is advised events should take place before December 2025.
Season Tracker
To help both players and Organizers keep track of the Competitive Season schedule, we created the 2025 Competitive Season Status Page. There you can find information on what types of tournaments are running, what the permitted periods to organize specific types of events are, which tournaments are in the application stage or when the application period ends, and other useful information. Please keep checking the page, as it will continue to be updated as we solidify more of the Competitive Season schedule for 2025.
You can find link through both the ‘Players’ and ‘Organizers’ tabs here on nullsignal.games
