We have a short update on our overdue prizing fulfillment. The overwhelming majority of individuals owed prizing should have received them by now. If you have not received any of your prizes yet, email us. If you have received some prizes but not everything that you are owed, please keep reading for some updates.
Cards and Playmats
At this point, all cards and playmats should have been shipped and delivered. We’ve had some parcels be returned to the sender, and are reaching out individually to recipients to confirm their address.
All Other Prizes
Unfortunately things are somewhat more complicated for the other overdue prizing.
For players owed a faction pin from a 2025 Megacity Championship, new pins have just recently been delivered to us. We plan to send those out soon.
For 2024 Continentals plaques and tokens, we unfortunately do not have a replacement available for them. Our original plan included sending packs of Botulus tokens as a substitute, but our package of tokens has sadly been lost in transit, and we do not have a replacement set for our replacement set available. We hope that the apology playset of foil Cacophony is a reasonable substitute.
We currently still plan to ship out Bloop deckboxes, however they have not been shipped to us yet and we do not have a concrete estimate for when they will be shipped.
Incomplete Prizing
In some cases we may have sent you prizing but some playsets owed may have been missing. If you have contacted us about incomplete prizing, we are aware and plan to do a separate fulfillment run to ensure you receive all prizes owed. We will contact you again directly when that ships. If you have received incomplete card prizing, contact us with a list of playsets that you are missing.
2026 Prizing Fulfilment Changes
In order to avoid the delays seen with 2024 and 2025 season prizing fulfillment, we’ve instituted some changes. We are currently planning to ship prizing for online Districts, Megacity, and Continental Championships from September 2026 onwards. Our intention is to deliver all prizing before CBI 2027.
